Ivan wears all the hats.

He is a producer / director / writer / editor / performer in the entertainment industry who has worked on many productions and projects in the TV, Film, Theatre and Digital world. He focuses on both creating and executing original content, and developing talent and brands in various mediums.

Ivan’s career in the Entertainment Industry started on stage - Acting, Singing and Dancing (see? he really wears all the hats). He eventually found himself going to film school where he graduated with a BFA in Film Studies - aka film production because what really is, “film studies” - from Ryerson University (now TMU).

For almost two decades in the industry he has worked alongside many production companies, talented people, networks and shows.

Some producing/directings include Cineplex, Big Brother Canada, YTV, CFL, Teletoon, CBC and many more. He was one of the writers for ”Backyard Beats” (TVOKids) which garnered a Canadian Screen Award nomination along with a couple of awards at the Kidscreen Awards and Youth Media Awards. He was also a part of the developing/producing team that helped bring the MasterChef franchise to Canada. In addition, Ivan has been nominated for a NYC Film Festival Award for a Documentary he produced with Cineplex & WorldGaming, and was responsible for launching the official YTV Instagram account. The list goes on and on…

He has also worked with a countless number of talented people both on and off-screen!

His goal now?

To take what he’s learned and gained, alongside the network of people he’s worked with, and focus on content creation for brands and production companies.
